About the Role
AtriCure is seeking an Associate Quality Specialist to support quality and compliance activities that help ensure our medical devices meet applicable requirements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain strong quality systems and contribute to continuous improvement across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with quality assurance tasks to support manufacturing, engineering, and other operational teams
- Help review and document quality records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability
- Support investigations and CAPA activities by gathering information and tracking actions
- Participate in internal audits and help prepare documentation for quality reviews
- Contribute to document control activities, including updates and maintenance of controlled procedures
Requirements
- Experience in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established quality procedures
- Good documentation practices and comfort working with quality systems
- Basic understanding of quality standards and compliance expectations
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
