About the Role
AtriCure is developing innovative medical technologies used by electrophysiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons worldwide to treat atrial fibrillation (AFib) and related conditions. We’re seeking an Associate Quality Specialist to support quality activities that help ensure our products meet applicable standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with quality system documentation and maintain accurate records in line with internal procedures.
- Support investigations and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities as directed by the Quality team.
- Help coordinate and track quality metrics, audits, and follow-up actions.
- Participate in review of procedures, work instructions, and controlled documents to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience working in a quality, compliance, or regulated environment (medical devices preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Basic understanding of quality systems and documentation practices.
- Effective communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and support investigations and data review.
