Associate Recruiter, Early Talent (Hybrid) — New York or Remote

About the Role

MongoDB’s Early Talent Recruiting team hires standout summer interns and new graduates. As an Associate Recruiter, you’ll own key parts of the recruiting process and help deliver an exceptional experience across our internship and new grad programs.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with the option to work remotely within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for interns and new graduates across multiple teams, including sourcing, resume review, initial phone screens, and offer delivery
• Support planning and execution of the summer internship program, coordinating end-to-end logistics for events and high-impact speaker sessions
• Build strong relationships with interns to improve retention, engagement, and overall program experience
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with universities and student communities to support early talent pipeline growth

Requirements

• Experience supporting recruiting efforts, ideally in early career or campus recruiting
• Strong communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
• Comfort coordinating logistics and program details while keeping candidate experience at the center
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, universities, and internal teams
