About the Role
Kafene is transforming the lease-to-own experience with AI-driven decisioning that helps retailers expand approvals for both prime and non-prime customers. We’re looking for an Associate Regional Business Consultant to support our regional growth and help partners get the most value from our platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with retailers in assigned regions to understand goals, performance, and opportunities
- Support implementation and ongoing optimization of lease-to-own point-of-sale workflows
- Analyze performance signals to identify trends and recommend practical improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, timely execution, and strong partner outcomes
- Contribute to business reviews and reporting to track progress against regional targets
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in consulting, sales, account management, or business operations (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with retail stakeholders
- Comfort working with data and translating insights into clear recommendations
- Motivation to learn, iterate, and help teams deliver measurable results
- Ability to travel occasionally within the region (if required by the role)
