About the Role
Simera is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help grow new business opportunities for our network of US-based clients. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and supporting the sales pipeline with high-quality prospects.
Responsibilities
- Prospect outbound using cold calling, email sequences, and social outreach
- Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Exposure to SaaS or technology sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage decision-makers
- Comfort working with CRM tools and sales outreach workflows
