About the Role
Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding. In this role, you’ll help strengthen engagement, support day-to-day HR operations, and reinforce compliance while contributing to a workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and coordination across teams
- Help maintain HR compliance with applicable policies and regulations
- Support employee engagement efforts and help foster a positive team culture
- Collaborate with OpCo stakeholders to ensure consistent HR processes
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency (able to communicate effectively in both languages)
- Experience in HR generalist functions or related HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
