About the Role
Mobilelink is a rapidly growing national Cricket dealer with more than 500 store locations. We’re looking for a bilingual Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver standout customer experiences in Opelika.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall sales performance and operational execution for your assigned store
- Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve individual and store goals
- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent customer-first interactions
- Maintain operational standards across daily store activities
- Manage store inventory and help ensure accurate product availability
Requirements
- Bilingual communication skills (English/another language)
- Proven ability to lead a retail team and drive results
- Strong customer service mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
