About the Role
We’re looking for a bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Call Center Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our members. In this onsite role in Northwest Houston, you’ll provide empathetic, efficient support and help turn concerns into reassurance—strengthening trust and delivering on our commitment to improve lives.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from Medicare Advantage members with accurate, timely, and friendly service.
- Handle questions and complex issues related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services.
- Listen closely, de-escalate concerns when needed, and provide personalized support.
- Advocate for members and coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual communication required).
- Customer service experience in a call center or member support environment.
- Ability to navigate and explain information clearly, including benefits and claims topics.
- Strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
