About the Role
Join our team as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Call Center Representative and be the first point of contact for our members. In this onsite role in Northwest Houston, you’ll provide empathetic, efficient support that helps turn concerns into confidence.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Medicare Advantage members with accurate, timely, and friendly service.
- Resolve questions involving benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services by partnering with internal teams when needed.
- Listen actively, de-escalate when concerns arise, and deliver personalized support that meets members’ needs.
- Follow established processes and documentation standards to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual communication required).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and empathetic.
- Comfort navigating complex information and working through multi-step resolutions.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Northwest Houston, TX 77379.
