About the Role
Toast is seeking a bilingual Strategic Cuisines Account Executive (Thai) to drive growth among Thai cuisine restaurants in the San Francisco territory. This field sales role is based from a personal home office, and you must live locally in the area or be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to convert inbound demand into new Toast customers
- Generate new opportunities through referrals and relationship-based outreach
- Build trust with restaurateurs by delivering a high-quality, language-inclusive experience
- Identify each restaurant’s needs and recommend how Toast’s end-to-end platform supports better operations and customer engagement
- Drive new customer growth through calls, product demos, and contract close activities
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English
- Experience in field or account executive sales (restaurant or SMB sales is a plus)
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work from a home office and manage a local territory effectively
- Comfort presenting, running demos, and closing deals
