About the Role

PartsSource is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to support government healthcare customers from our Charlotte, NC location in a hybrid work setup. You’ll help organizations streamline procurement for mission-critical healthcare equipment while building relationships that drive long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to government healthcare prospects and manage inbound leads
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate product demos, follow-ups, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecast progress
  • Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales or a similar outbound/inbound sales role
  • Comfort working with healthcare or government-related stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
  • Proficiency using CRM tools to track leads and outcomes
