About the Role
PartsSource is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to support government healthcare customers from our Charlotte, NC location in a hybrid work setup. You’ll help organizations streamline procurement for mission-critical healthcare equipment while building relationships that drive long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to government healthcare prospects and manage inbound leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate product demos, follow-ups, and next steps
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecast progress
- Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales or a similar outbound/inbound sales role
- Comfort working with healthcare or government-related stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Proficiency using CRM tools to track leads and outcomes
