About the Role
Toast is seeking a bilingual Vietnamese Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to support Vietnamese cuisine restaurants across the Los Angeles territory. This is a field sales role based from a personal home office—candidates must live locally in Los Angeles or be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to convert inbound interest and create new opportunities
- Drive restaurant growth by conducting outreach, scheduling demos, and presenting Toast’s platform
- Build trusted relationships with Vietnamese restaurateurs and referral partners
- Identify each restaurant’s needs and recommend the right Toast solutions to help them operate more effectively
- Close contracts by guiding prospects from discovery through decision
Requirements
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
- Proven success in field or account executive sales, preferably in B2B
- Comfort working with restaurant owners and communicating value clearly
- Ability to manage territory activities from a home office
- Local to Los Angeles, CA, or willing to relocate
