At KIDS ABA Services, we believe Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is more than therapy—it’s a pathway to lasting change. We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is driven to support children and empower families through ethical, evidence-based care.
In this role, you’ll serve as both a clinician and a leader, shaping treatment plans, guiding staff, and using data to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee ABA treatment plans focused on functional skill-building
- Supervise clinical teams to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery
- Partner with families to support goals, progress, and day-to-day strategies
- Analyze and interpret behavioral data to inform treatment decisions
- Ensure services are delivered ethically and in alignment with professional standards
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Experience delivering or supervising ABA services
- Strong ability to use data to drive clinical decisions
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to family-centered care
- Dedication to ethical, evidence-based practice
