About the Role
MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the Austin area. You’ll provide individualized, one-on-one support that helps children communicate, connect, and make meaningful progress. With a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach, you’ll supervise cases, deliver hands-on intervention, and mentor team members as the program continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality clinical supervision and oversee behavior-analytic services
- Deliver direct, hands-on intervention to support client goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to improve outcomes
- Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs as they develop
- Help shape and grow the therapy program alongside other disciplines
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Experience providing behavior-analytic services and clinical supervision
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
