In this Body Systems Engineering role focused on Exteriors/Interiors, you’ll help design and deliver body system solutions for rugged, electrified vehicles—built for work, weekend adventures, and everyday commutes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support body system engineering workstreams for exterior and interior components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and technical approaches
- Support design reviews, technical documentation, and verification planning
- Track issues through development and help drive timely resolution
- Contribute to engineering decisions that balance performance, manufacturability, and quality
Requirements
- Experience in automotive body systems engineering, ideally with exterior/interior focus
- Strong understanding of vehicle design processes and engineering documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and program teams
- Comfort working through technical tradeoffs and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment
