About the Role

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical needs
- Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and validate outcomes
- Support project delivery by coordinating information between business and technology teams
- Contribute to documentation that keeps work aligned, transparent, and measurable
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role
- Strong ability to gather requirements and communicate them effectively
- Comfort working with data to support reporting and decision-making
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process
