About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to help drive day-to-day requirements development and business analysis across teams. You’ll partner with management, IT, Security, and business operations to understand needs, model processes, and translate insights into clear deliverables that support active initiatives for internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering sessions with Business Operations, IT, Security, Compliance, and client stakeholders
- Translate business rules, requirements, and process flows into user stories and supporting documentation
- Develop business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements using standardized methodologies
- Create wireframes and report designs to support solution planning and user experience needs
- Perform business, systems, and technical process modeling and serve as a liaison between technical and business teams
Requirements
- Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements across business and technical teams
- Strong understanding of process modeling and the ability to map business workflows to systems
- Experience creating user stories and requirements (business, functional, non-functional, and technical)
- Ability to design or support wireframes and report requirements for stakeholder review
- Comfort collaborating with IT, Security, compliance, and operations stakeholders
