Responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to automate reporting, routing, and operational tasks
- Partner with Revenue Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions
- Design, build, and maintain business automation tools and integrations
- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability
- Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience supporting automation or workflow optimization in a business operations or analytics capacity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and data needs
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into solutions
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
