About the Role
We’re hiring an immediate Call Center Representative to support clients with pension, healthcare, and financial information. This is an in-office role with a high-volume inbound call environment—start next week!
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct high-volume inbound calls from clients and customers
- Provide excellent customer service while fielding calls
- Collect and document customer information and call details in the database
- Support inquiries related to pension plans, disability, and healthcare/financial benefits
- Handle a large call volume (approximately 100–150 calls per day)
Requirements
- At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 35 WPM
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
- White Plains, NY — in office, not remote
Compensation
- $21/hour
