Call Center Representative (Customer Service) — $21/hr — Onsite (White Plains, NY)

About the Role

We’re hiring an immediate Call Center Representative to support clients with pension, healthcare, and financial information. This is an in-office role with a high-volume inbound call environment—start next week!

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct high-volume inbound calls from clients and customers
  • Provide excellent customer service while fielding calls
  • Collect and document customer information and call details in the database
  • Support inquiries related to pension plans, disability, and healthcare/financial benefits
  • Handle a large call volume (approximately 100–150 calls per day)

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment

Schedule & Location

  • Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
  • White Plains, NYin office, not remote

Compensation

  • $21/hour
