About the Role
Lakeside Health and Wellness is building a new in-house rehabilitation team and is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support post-acute care in our facility. You’ll help deliver high-quality rehabilitation experiences for patients while partnering with skilled in-house physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of licensed occupational therapists
- Support patients with therapeutic activities designed to improve daily living skills and functional outcomes
- Contribute to a positive patient and family experience through compassionate care and strong communication
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to help maintain continuity of care
Requirements
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced healthcare environment
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and customer service
