About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide quality care in a skilled nursing facility. This PRN, as-needed position offers flexible scheduling with realistic daily plans to help support your work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct occupational therapy assistant services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Provide a strong one-on-one patient care approach (with group/concurrent time kept under 1%)
- Collaborate with the therapy team to support patient goals and care plans
- Maintain professional standards and contribute to a supportive clinical environment
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Experience working in skilled nursing or a related healthcare setting preferred
