About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed, PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible, as-needed scheduling with realistic daily coordination to help you maintain a healthy work–life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one occupational therapy support to patients
- Assist the therapy team in delivering individualized care plans
- Support patient progress through hands-on treatment and encouragement
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience working in a clinical setting (skilled nursing preferred)
- Strong communication and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts as scheduled
