Scout Motors is looking for a Brand Immersion Program Specialist to help bring our heritage to life for customers and communities. You’ll support experiences that reflect Scout’s values—respect for the past and future, a culture of exploration, and vehicles built for both work and play.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate brand immersion activities that connect customers with Scout’s story and products
- Support program logistics, scheduling, and on-site execution for brand experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer-facing materials
- Help gather feedback from participants and translate insights into program improvements
- Assist with tracking deliverables and maintaining organized documentation for each program
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to coordinate details across multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Experience supporting events, programs, or customer experiences (brand or automotive preferred)
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and adapting as priorities change
- Proficiency with common productivity tools for planning and reporting
