About the Role
Original Peptide is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead revenue expansion, market visibility, and scalable growth initiatives across sales, business development, and marketing. This full-time remote role will guide the company’s go-to-market strategy for wellness and research-focused peptide products, ensuring growth plans align with regulatory and industry expectations.
Responsibilities
- Own integrated growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sustainable revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales plans, optimizing the sales pipeline and forecasting performance
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including strategic partnerships and commercial agreements
- Strengthen brand visibility through coordinated marketing and performance-driven campaign planning
- Set performance targets and use KPIs and analytics to refine pricing, positioning, and conversion
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across goals and execution
- Recruit, train, and manage a national network of independent sales representatives
- Procure new clinic, med-spa, and similar accounts to expand distribution and customer reach
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product and go-to-market decisions
Requirements
- Proven expertise in sales leadership and sales management, including end-to-end sales cycle ownership
- Strong business development skills with experience identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
- Marketing and digital marketing proficiency, including campaign strategy, measurement, and channel-based brand positioning
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics and KPIs to drive growth outcomes
- Experience in health, wellness, life sciences, or related industries is highly beneficial, including familiarity with compliant growth practices
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
