About the Role
As Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will be the company’s top technology leader, aligning enterprise technology strategy with business priorities. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead cross-functional technology efforts across applications, data and analytics, infrastructure and operations, and cybersecurity.
You’ll partner with executive leadership, Presidents, business unit leaders, and shared services across all regions to position technology as a trusted business partner. This role also focuses on building a high-performing team and delivering a secure, scalable technology foundation that helps leaders execute projects, support growth, and develop people.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise technology strategy and develop a multi-year roadmap aligned to business goals
- Lead the technology organization across applications, data/analytics, infrastructure/operations, and cybersecurity
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure technology enables business outcomes
- Establish technology as a trusted partner to business units and regional teams
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing technology organization
- Ensure enterprise systems are secure, reliable, and capable of supporting growth and operational needs
Requirements
- Proven executive leadership experience in enterprise technology and IT strategy
- Strong background across software applications, data/analytics, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Demonstrated ability to align technology roadmaps to business strategy and measurable outcomes
- Experience working with senior executives and managing technology partnerships across multiple regions
- Track record of building and leading teams in complex, fast-paced environments
