About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you’ll help the leadership team translate strategy into execution. You’ll coordinate cross-functional priorities, drive operational follow-through, and ensure key initiatives move forward with clarity and urgency.
Responsibilities
- Support executives by managing priorities, timelines, and decision-making across teams
- Own executive-level planning and help operationalize strategic initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and remove blockers to keep workstreams on track
- Prepare leadership updates, summaries, and action plans for internal stakeholders
- Continuously improve internal processes to increase speed, alignment, and accountability
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or similar leadership support role
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Proven track record of driving execution from planning through delivery
