About the Role
LifeStance Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent PMHNP to join our growing behavioral health team in the Philadelphia area. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children and adolescents while helping improve access to trusted mental healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for pediatric patients
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support coordinated, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established practice protocols
- Contribute to a culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Active PMHNP licensure (or eligibility) to practice in Pennsylvania
- Experience or strong interest in child and adolescent behavioral health
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, clinically excellent care
