Early Intervention BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) – Center-Based Role (Full-Time)

About the Role

Life Skills Autism Academy (LSAA), a division of Centria Autism, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for young children
• Conduct assessments and use data to guide clinical decision-making
• Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians and the care team
• Collaborate with families to reinforce skill-building goals
• Ensure services align with evidence-based practices and program standards

Requirements

• Active Board Certification as a BCBA
• Experience in early intervention and/or working with young children preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven treatment planning
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, family-centered approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually
• Weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging about $1,000/month)
