About the Role
We are looking for a junior to mid-level Civil Engineer / Field Engineer to support major heavy-civil infrastructure projects. You will help oversee field-based construction activities tied to rail and transportation programs, including civil construction oversight, contractor coordination, materials management, and construction documentation.
This is a long-term, full-time, on-site role based in Wasco, California.
Responsibilities
- Support construction oversight for rail and transportation infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with contractors and field teams to keep work aligned with project requirements
- Assist with materials management and tracking for field activities
- Maintain and support construction documentation and reporting
- Help ensure field work complies with applicable plans, specifications, and safety expectations
Requirements
- Experience or coursework related to civil engineering and field construction support
- Basic understanding of heavy-civil infrastructure project delivery
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with contractors and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
