About the Role
Verisign is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong Linux systems expertise to help ensure the security, stability, and resilience of critical internet infrastructure. You’ll join a skilled engineering and infrastructure team focused on designing, operating, and securing enterprise application delivery and application security platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate enterprise CI/CD platforms, including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Manage and support repository workflows to improve developer productivity and delivery velocity
- Contribute to the design and administration of application delivery and application security tooling ecosystems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify risks, reduce operational issues, and strengthen system resilience
- Support security-focused operations for enterprise platforms that serve mission-critical services
Requirements
- Deep experience with Linux systems administration
- Strong ownership mindset for production reliability and operational excellence
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
- Understanding of application security tooling and operational security practices
- Ability to work effectively across infrastructure, engineering, and security stakeholders
