About the Role
Baker Hughes is seeking a Quality Specialist to support QA Engineering and help strengthen quality performance across the organization. In this role, you’ll contribute to governance, quality management systems, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable, compliant outcomes for customers.
Responsibilities
- Support quality governance and quality system activities to ensure consistent, compliant delivery
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that reduce risk and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality performance
- Help drive customer-focused outcomes by ensuring products and services meet required standards
Requirements
- Experience supporting quality assurance/quality engineering processes
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and compliance expectations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support continuous improvement
