About the Role
Woodard & Curran is seeking a Hazardous Waste Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help ensure facilities run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance. Responsibilities
- Manage hazardous waste facility operations to support safe, compliant service delivery
- Oversee facility performance and coordinate operational activities with internal teams and stakeholders
- Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and permit requirements
- Lead or support safety initiatives, training, and operational best practices
- Identify operational issues and drive corrective actions to maintain consistent performance
Requirements
- Experience managing or supervising hazardous waste facility operations
- Working knowledge of hazardous waste regulations and compliance expectations
- Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating teams and interacting with stakeholders
