About the Role
Ithaca College seeks a Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor to support and lead its fully online master’s program in Speech-Language Pathology. In this role, you will serve as Graduate Chair for the online modality and teach courses aligned with your expertise. You will also provide academic advising as part of standard faculty responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Graduate Chair for the online Speech-Language Pathology modality and provide academic and administrative leadership
- Coordinate closely with the Online Program Manager (OPM) to support program operations
- Facilitate the admissions process and support prospective student onboarding
- Coordinate hiring and development of faculty and create staffing plans to meet program needs
- Address student concerns and help ensure a positive, responsive learning experience
- Teach graduate-level courses as appropriate to your background and areas of expertise
- Participate in departmental, school, and institutional service
Requirements
- Appropriate academic and professional background for appointment as Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor
- Experience or demonstrated ability to teach graduate coursework in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong leadership and coordination skills for program administration and faculty planning
- Commitment to student advising and academic support
