About the Role
4DMT is seeking a Clinical Supply Specialist on a contract basis to support the operational readiness of clinical studies. This role is focused on ensuring the right supplies are available at the right time to help enable high-quality trial execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track clinical supply activities to support study timelines
- Support inventory management and shipment readiness for trial materials
- Assist with documentation and communication related to clinical supply logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supplies align with protocol and site needs
- Help maintain accurate records to support audits and compliance
Requirements
- Experience supporting clinical trial supply operations or related regulated logistics
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with compliance expectations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-moving environment
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
