About the Role
UW Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support compliance efforts across professional and facility billing. This is a full-time, fully remote role with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–4:30pm). You’ll help audit high-risk reimbursement areas and partner with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Audit high-risk reimbursement issues for professional and facility billing across UW Health locations and joint ventures
- Use in-depth CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge to research, assess, educate, and resolve complex compliance questions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on projects and participate in meetings and workgroups
- Apply data analytics tools, systems, and databases to identify compliance risks and monitor audit findings
- Conduct compliance audits of billing providers
Requirements
- Proficiency with CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Experience using data analytics programs, systems, and databases
- Ability to investigate, problem-solve, and communicate findings clearly
- Comfort working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
