About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support procurement across software, hardware, infrastructure, and services. In a small, mission-driven team with a flat structure, you’ll be expected to take initiative, communicate clearly, and help drive engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Advise on procurement contracting and commercial terms for a range of vendors and service providers
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements related to software, hardware, infrastructure, and professional services
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support purchasing decisions and risk management
- Provide practical legal guidance that enables fast, high-quality execution
Requirements
- Experience in commercial contracting with a focus on procurement, vendor agreements, or similar matters
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly and concisely
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
- Comfort working in a collaborative team that values initiative and ownership
