About the Role
As a Commercial Data Operations Specialist, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end analytics that connect initial digital engagement to qualified opportunities and recurring enterprise customers. You’ll build and optimize the data infrastructure that links privacy-first measurement with marketing and CRM systems, helping the team understand the full customer journey in a cookie-less B2B/B2G environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain funnel infrastructure by evaluating and optimizing CRM, marketing automation, and privacy-first analytics tools
- Map the customer acquisition lifecycle from first discovery through conversion to recurring customers
- Track and connect prospect touchpoints across content channels, website behavior, CRM records, and handoff to sales
- Transform raw behavioral and inbound data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and operational decisions
Requirements
- Experience with attribution and lifecycle analytics, including multi-touch attribution in privacy-conscious environments
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation data flows (e.g., lead and opportunity syncing)
- Ability to build reliable reporting and measurement frameworks that support business-critical decisions
- Comfort working with complex datasets and translating findings into clear recommendations
