About the Role
Lantern is a specialty care platform that connects people with high-quality care when they need it most. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Engagement Analytics to help turn engagement and utilization signals into actionable insights that improve the member experience and support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Apply logical, data-driven reasoning to analyze engagement and performance trends
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes across the care journey
- Partner with internal teams to translate analytics into practical recommendations
- Monitor progress over time, using results to refine approaches and priorities
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, logic-first mindset
- Experience working with engagement or performance metrics (healthcare analytics preferred)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working with data to measure progress and drive continuous improvement
