Lantern is building a specialty care platform that connects people with high-quality care when they need it most. As an Engagement Analytics Manager, you’ll use data and thoughtful logic to help guide decisions that improve member experiences across the care journey.
Responsibilities
- Apply logic and analytical thinking to support day-to-day decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Track engagement and performance signals to identify opportunities for better outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams to translate insights into practical actions.
- Help ensure progress is measured and communicated in a clear, actionable way.
