As a Communications Manager, you’ll help shape how our mission, impact, and programs are communicated to key audiences. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and leverage insights from across our global offices to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned to our goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage communication strategies that support country and organizational priorities
- Create and coordinate content for multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
- Support collaboration with governments, donors, and parents through compelling storytelling and updates
- Use data and program insights to highlight impact and progress
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather information and translate it into clear, audience-friendly communications
Requirements
- Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related role
- Strong writing, editing, and message development skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort collaborating across teams and incorporating feedback
- Experience communicating program or mission-driven work is a plus
