About the Role
We’re seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to support marketing and sales-related documentation for a commercial real estate environment. This is a 4-month contracted role with the potential to move into a permanent position. The role is 100% on-site in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Create and support marketing materials using Adobe InDesign for graphic design deliverables
- Assist with commercial real estate transaction documentation and coordinate deal details to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Prepare and organize vouchers and handle number-based tasks with attention to detail
- Follow up on emails and coordinate next steps with internal teams and clients
- Redline and edit PDF documents (e.g., listing agreements) as needed
- Communicate with clients and support the preparation of graphics and accompanying written content
Requirements
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
- Ability to edit PDFs and perform redlining tasks
- Comfort working with numbers, vouchers, and detail-oriented documentation
- Strong email follow-up and professional communication skills
- Experience supporting marketing materials and/or sales coordination in a business setting
Benefits
- On-site schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- W2 pay rate of $25/hour
- Contract duration of approximately 4 months with possible temp-to-permanent conversion
