About the Role
AtriCure is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the company’s compliance initiatives in alignment with applicable medical device regulations and internal policies. In this role, you’ll help ensure processes, documentation, and reporting support responsible operations and high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with compliance monitoring activities and help track key requirements across relevant programs
- Support the review and organization of compliance-related documentation
- Help coordinate internal audits or readiness efforts by compiling information and supporting follow-up actions
- Contribute to issue tracking and the preparation of compliance status updates
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address compliance questions and support process improvements
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, regulatory, quality, or a related function (medical devices preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation and records
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and handling multiple priorities
- Clear written communication skills for logs, summaries, and documentation support
