About the Role
Asian Health Services is seeking a Compliance Department Manager to lead the organization’s compliance, regulatory affairs, and risk management efforts. In this role, you’ll help ensure our healthcare operations follow federal, state, and local requirements, accreditation standards, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee enterprise compliance, regulatory, and risk management programs
- Partner with senior leadership to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and contractual terms
- Support investigations, corrective actions, and ongoing program improvements when issues are identified
- Coordinate compliance activities across departments to reduce organizational risk
- Maintain compliance documentation and ensure timely reporting as required
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management
- Working knowledge of applicable healthcare laws and regulatory requirements
- Experience building and managing compliance programs, policies, and procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage priorities, analyze risk, and drive corrective actions
