About the Role
Join our Supplier Quality Engineering team to improve supplier performance and help resolve real production challenges. You’ll partner with Manufacturing, R&D, and Sourcing to support both new and existing products, strengthening quality excellence across a global supply base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with domestic suppliers of electronic and mechanical components, monitoring quality metrics and driving continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for production on supplier quality issues affecting mechanical and electronic parts.
- Coordinate communication between suppliers and R&D to support new product development and quality requirements.
- Lead improvement efforts that reduce defects, address root causes, and support stable production outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience working with supplier quality, quality engineering, or production quality for mechanical and/or electronic components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive corrective actions and improvements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Familiarity with quality performance monitoring (e.g., defect trends, supplier KPIs) and issue resolution processes.
