About the Role
Redwood Materials is building a new engineering technician team to support the development of energy storage manufacturing lines. As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you’ll be an early contributor helping set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment used to advance our production work.
Responsibilities
- Build, install, and configure manufacturing equipment and tooling for energy storage processes
- Support the ramp-up of manufacturing lines by running and maintaining test setups
- Perform hands-on work using mechanical and electrical tools to keep equipment operating reliably
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working with mechanical and electrical tools or systems
- Comfort working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to learn new equipment and procedures quickly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
