About the Role
Redwood Materials is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Facilities to help support rapid growth, strengthen reliability, and ensure facilities are operationally ready. You will lead day-to-day facilities operations and collaborate across Design Engineering, Construction, Operations, and EHS to bring new buildings, infrastructure, and utilities online safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead facilities operations to maintain reliability, readiness, and efficient day-to-day performance
- Partner with Design Engineering, Construction, Operations, and EHS to support commissioning and transition of new assets
- Oversee facilities-related planning for buildings, infrastructure, and utilities
- Support cross-functional execution for operational start-up activities and ongoing improvements
- Help ensure facilities practices align with safety and environmental requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience leading facilities operations and/or facility management
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, construction, operations, and EHS stakeholders
- Experience supporting infrastructure, utilities, and facility readiness activities
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance in facilities environments
