About the Role
Stadium Goods is seeking a Consignment Account Manager to help support and grow our consignment partnerships. You’ll play a key role in managing relationships, coordinating operational details, and ensuring a smooth experience across our digital and marketplace channels.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day consignment account management and partner communication
- Coordinate intake, listing, and fulfillment workflows to keep operations running smoothly
- Monitor performance and help drive improvements that support sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain accurate processes
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely updates across systems
Requirements
- Experience in account management, customer operations, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with ecommerce or marketplace operations (Shopify experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
