About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Electrical) to lead mission-critical construction activities for our data center in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a hands-on role within a small, highly motivated team focused on engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage on-site electrical construction efforts to support timely, high-quality delivery of the data center
- Coordinate day-to-day jobsite activities and ensure work aligns with project priorities and schedules
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders to share accurate status, risks, and decisions
- Drive strong prioritization and follow-through to keep critical work moving
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager (Electrical) or in a closely related electrical construction leadership role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to concisely and accurately convey information to teammates
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a hands-on environment and take initiative
- Experience managing mission-critical or schedule-sensitive construction work
