About the Role
Sullivan Super Service is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain home heating and cooling systems. If you take pride in quality workmanship and great customer service, we’d love to talk with you.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC issues to restore comfort efficiently
- Service and maintain gas furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems
- Complete annual maintenance and tune-ups to help systems run safely and efficiently
- Deliver professional customer communication and workmanship on every job
Requirements
- Experience as a residential HVAC service technician
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across common residential systems
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer-focused service
