About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead offsite manufacturing (OSM) project execution and serve as the primary on-site leader for OSM scopes. Reporting to senior project leadership, you’ll manage a dedicated team and keep projects aligned across cost, schedule, safety, quality, and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of OSM scope execution on site, ensuring work is delivered to plan
- Lead and coordinate OSM teams, including Lead Superintendents, Field Superintendents, Project Engineers, and QA/QC Engineers
- Manage alignment across cost, schedule, safety, quality, and technical performance
- Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep delivery on track
- Maintain an effective balance between hands-on field presence and day-to-day management responsibilities
- When an OSM-specific Project Manager is not present, own scope leadership and act as the key decision-maker and escalation point
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction projects, with strong understanding of OSM or prefabricated/offsite processes
- Demonstrated leadership experience coordinating multiple roles and stakeholders on complex job sites
- Strong working knowledge of construction safety, quality, and schedule/cost management
- Ability to make timely decisions and provide clear escalation paths
- Excellent communication skills with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Benefits
- Salary range: $98,000–$160,000 (DOE)
- Fully onsite role at the Boise, ID project location
